PCB makerused cleaning agents characteristics

In general, PCB manufacturers should use a good cleaning agentwhich havefollowing characteristics.

1. High decreasing efficiency, strong dissolving power for grease, rosin and other resins.

2. Small surface tension and good wettability.

3. It does not corrode metal materials, does not dissolve or swell on polymer materials, and will not damage components and labels.

4. Non-combustible, non-explosive, low toxicity, which is conducive to safe operation and does not cause harm to the human body.

5. The residual amount is low, and the cleaning agent itself does not contaminate the printed circuit board.

6. Volatile, can be removed from the printed circuit board at room temperature.

7. Good stability, during PCB maker cleaning process it does not have chemical or physical effects and has storage stability.
