First of all, the temperature is required. The best temperature in the factory is 23±3℃ all year round, which cannot exceed the limit temperature:15 ~ 35℃


Followed ishumidity requirements, SMT processing workshop humidity has a great influence in the quality of products, environmental humidity is bigger, the electronic components are easierto be affected bydamp whichaffect conductivity, welding is not smooth, when humidity is low, the air in the workshop would be easy to dry, it’s easilyto generate static electricity, therefore, before enteringSMT processing workshops, processing personnel shall wear antistatic clothing.Under normal circumstances, the workshop is required to maintain a constant humidity of about 45% ~ 70% RH



The SMT workshop of PCB manufacturing should be cleanedwithout any smell or dust. No corrosive materials are needed. They will seriously affect the reliability of capacitor resistance, increase the fault maintenance rate of SMT processing equipment, and reduce the production schedule.The best cleanliness of the workshop should be about 100,000 (bgj73-84).


Finally, the stability of the power supply is required. In order to avoid equipment failure during processing and affect the quality and progress of processing, a voltage stabilizer should be added to the power supply to ensure the stability of the power supply.
