The adhesiveglue should be stored in a refrigerator at 2 ° C - 8 ° C in low temperature and protected from light. Pcb manufacturing adhesive glueshould be payed attention to the following problems during usage.

1. After taking it out of the refrigerator during usage, the temperature should be balanced with the room temperature before opening the container to prevent from frosting.

2. After the adhesiveglue cap is opened, stir it evenly before using. If there is a significant change in agglomeration or viscosity, showing the adhesivegluehas failed.

3. After using, the adhesive glue left in the original packaging container is still sealed at a low temperature.

4. The method of applying the adhesive gluemainly includes a needle transfer method, an injection method and a printing method. Different dispensing methods have different requirements on the viscosity of the adhesiveglue. After dispensing, you can use manual mounting, semi-automatic mountingor automatic mounting with a placement machine, and then cure.

5. The amount of adhesiveglueshould be controlled properly. If the amount is too small, the bonding strength will be insufficient, and the components will be easily lost during wave soldering; if the amount is too large, the adhesivegluewill be left on the pcb manufacturing pad, which hinders normal soldering and causes inconvenience to the maintenance work.
