How does the PCB design implement the golden word?


In general, the PCB design, the text/line on the PCB is only placed on the Silkscreen layer, whether it is in Front or back. It is also possible to put in the Soldermask. Placed on the Soldermask text will be sharper, clearer and more golden.

Why is gold, because the word is engraved on the solder mask, and the bottom is copper foil, so it is a golden color.

To have a golden word on the Soldermask, it means to lay a piece of copper on the bottom of the engraved text. Then use PCB design software to find a tool like "Fill zone", and then you don't have to connect to any pad to form an isolated zone, just because there is a golden word.
